Order Processing

All MyPetPawPrint orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK delivery on all Paw Print Impression Kits using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is also available as an optional paid upgrade at checkout.

Estimated delivery times following dispatch are:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: Usually 2–3 working days.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: Usually 1–2 working days.

Delivery Times & Remote Postcodes

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery to certain postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, may take longer than the usual delivery timeframe.

Please check Royal Mail's delivery information for your postcode if delivery times are particularly important.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its progress.

Other Products

Delivery charges for larger items, including gift boxes and hampers, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Although we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, occasional delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
